Business is booming at Dash Management! We opened our 6th location in the fall of 2006 and currently purchased 4 additional locations in Decatur, IL. We are a rapidly growing company with room for advancement. We need to expand by hiring 1 Supervisor for our restaurant locations in Decatur and Champaign, IL.
This candidate is required to step into the restaurant and have the ability to manage their time & restaurant's effectively immediately.

Job Responsibilities
You will run a multi-million dollar business which requires supervision of staff to ensure top-quality customer care in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to:
- Motivate staff to provide great customer service and food in a clean restaurant
- Effectively implement restaurant systems (i.e. training, scheduling, ordering)
- Manage shifts without supervision
- Support the General Manager in achieving profit and loss goals
*Salary range is based upon work history and job experience
Requirements
- Excellent work history and references
- P & L Reporting (training) and an ability to handle PAC
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-motivation to achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a plus
