Job Description

Immediate need. Profitable, publicly-traded, industry leader looking for a leader to drive its Lean Manufacturing initiative. In this role, you will:

 

  • Own the Lean Manufacturing initiative at a significant, high volume manufacturing site;
  • Control the project hopper;
  • Train others on the lean tools;
  • Lead kaizen events; and
  • Manage 2 Lean Manufacturing Engineers.
 
Job Requirements
  • BS (Engineering)
  • Lean Manufacturing trained
  • Managerial experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train, lead and get results at the site level using lean manufacturing tools and principals
  • Hands-on
  • "Can-do" attitude
