As an Executive Director you will provide leadership to all facility staff members in meeting the goals of providing quality resident care.

Essential Responsibilities of the Executive Director are:
  • Provide input into the annual operating budget
  • Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as necessary
  • Conduct and document annual performance evaluations on each direct report staff
  • Prepare and submit reports on facility operations
  • Demonstrate a passon for caring as evidenced by interactions with co-workers, residents and family members

Requirements

Executive Director:
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Executive Directors (Administrator's)license of this state
  • Must have proven leadership ability with three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long term or subacute care facility.
  • Must posses skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
