REQUIREMENTS: 

NJ Teacher of Spanish Certificate AND NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate

NJ Teacher of the Handicapped Certificate AND must be Highly Qualified in Mathematics OR NJ Teacher of Elementary (K-8) AND NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate AND must be Highly Qualified in Middle School Math OR NJ Teacher of Elementary K-5 AND NJ Teacher of Math 5-8 AND NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate.
