Sr./Sales Representative - Retail

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identifies retail opportunities to market ACI products and services to current and prospective clients in the assigned territory.
•Develops strategy and manages the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close.
•Manages ACI's overall relationship with customers and prospects.
•Keeps current on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends. 
•Maintains account and territory records, updates management on account activity and provides forecast data as requested.
•Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements Needed:
•BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred.
•3+ years of successful direct sales experience for a Sales Representative and 8+ years for Sr. Sales Representative level required.
•Must have successful sales record.
•Selling technology solutions into retail verticals such as grocery, mass merchandise and specialty stores experience is highly desired.
•Point of Sale, payments or payments processing related sales experience a plus.
•Ability to prospect for sales opportunities.
•Ability to understand the business and technical solutions.
•Ability to move the sales process to closure.
•Ability to articulate and professionally present solutions.
•Ability to respond creatively to customer needs. 
•Must be able to travel up to 50%. 

Highly Desired Skills:
•Retail Industry knowledge highly desired.
•Understanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plus.
