Description Part-Time Evening Customer Servicer Reps

Under the direct supervision, the incumbent is responsible for achieving goals for recruiting existing donors by telephone and scheduling them to donate at an in-center location or area blood drives.

Requirements

Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Strong service background in a Call Center, Customer Service or Retail Sales.
Clear speaking voice and effective communication skills in order to motivate and persuade people to donate blood.
Basic computer skills.
Must be flexiable to work the following hours:

Monday thru Friday 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Able to sit for long periods of time.
Must be available for a two week training M-F 5p to 9p.
