Financial discipline has been a pillar of our success.  Many other staffing companies are struggling to survive during this economic downturn because of unmanageable debt levels and tightening credit markets, but The Onin Group carries no debt and is positioned to capitalize on the opportunities which lie ahead. 

 

We see the growth opportunity in San Antonio in the coming years and are seeking a seasoned Staffing Industry professional who is up to the challenge of forging their own destiny as our area manger in the greater San Antonio market.  The goal is simple: profitable, long-term sustainable growth.  We have the capital and the infrastructure; we need the right person with a proven track record, local contacts and the inner drive to capture this opportunity. 

 

In essence you will be starting your own local business using our infrastructure and financial backing.  We will provide the back-office support and coaching, but you will handle the rest.  As you get your area off the ground, you will be more hands-on in the detailed work, but as your business grows you will become increasingly “big picture" oriented.

Requisite Skills, Experiences and Accomplishments

  • 2 + years staffing industry experience

  • Verifiable business to business sales success

  • Local contacts

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Computer proficiency

  • Some college

 

Compensation package includes modest base salary, car allowance, mobile phone allowance, health, dental, 401K plus straight-forward monthly bonus structure based on profit.  Successful selling Area Managers earn $70,000 to $200,000 a year depending on performance.
