Job Description

DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION 

Hallmark Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing a staff of professionals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life of these precious souls who give our work meaning.  Joining our dynamic team as the DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION, we will look to you to oversee the clinical and operational activities at this facility. 

Reporting to the Area Manager, your RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

* Staff management and development

* Approximately 50% patient care
* Compliance and quality control
* Customer relations
* Meeting financial objectives
* Serving as a member of facility management team
* Developing and implementing new programs
* Supporting and encouraging quality patient care

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Prior SNF/PPS management experience required.

Current & active state license required.

Open to all disciplines, if experienced.
