Job Description 

Contract Administrator will work on a full-time basis, work in IT Asset Management department to develop and modify complex contracts, agreement and amendments for IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services.  Contracts Administrator who has experience with IT hardware and software contracts is a prerequisite.

·         Develop list of all IT contracts and agreements

·         Develop a list of terms and conditions that should be included and excluded from all contracts and agreements.

·         Review terms and conditions of all existing IT agreements and replace obsolete agreement with new  agreements.

·         Update, track and obtain signed copies of all Supplemental Labor Service Agreements and associated Work Orders.

·         Work with the legal department to review and markup new agreement

·         Develop procedures for electronically storing, tracking and retrieving new and existing IT contracts and agreements.

Job Requirements 

At least 5 years of experience in the development and support of IT contracts for IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services


Strong competency in the technical process of contract redlining, using Microsoft Word and its "Track Changes" features

 

Strong written and oral communication skills

 

Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing, and telecommunications is preferred

 

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Pre-Law, Finance or Business preferred
