Requirements

Registered Nurses / RN --- All Specialties

Requirements for the Registered Nurse / RN include:

· Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

· Valid and current licensure as RN License for the State of Indiana

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· At least 1 year of full time nursing experience within specialty

· Any specialty related certifications

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN / Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN / Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN include:

· Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

· Valid and current licensure as LPN or LVN for the State of Indiana

· Associate’s Degree or equivalent, or Nursing qualification

· At least 1 year of full time nursing experience

Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified Nurse Assistant / CNA

Requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified Nurse Assistant / CNA include:

· Certified Nurse Assistant in good standing

· Valid and current CNA License for the State of Indiana

· Training or work experience of one full year working in nursing home, hospital or private duty doing patient care

· CPR certification
