Part-Time (32.5 hrs/w benefits) Outbound/Inbound STOLI Sales Rep

This Part-time position is 32.5 hours with benefits and handles outbound and inbound calls from/to potential and existing customers, selling personal products and services and making referrals to Mortgages, Investments, Trust, Merchant Services, Personal and Private Bankers and Small Business Banking.  Processes sales and answers customer questions within set standards.  Makes an  active attempt to cross sell the full range of bank products and services to meet customers needs.  Utilizes effective sales and telephone techniques to build customer relationships.  Meets or exceeds sales and scorecard goals.  Completes all required documentation to meet customer needs.Trains on STI products, services, and sales techniques. Makes outbound calls and handles inbound sales calls with significant support from trainers, coaches and managers.

Minimum Requirements:
HS or GED Equivalent
Two years of Sales experience required.
1 year of Outbound Sales experience required.
Good Computer PC skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated  job stability
The ability to be bonded, and undergo the successful completion of a criminal background check, and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous dialer experience
Previous Call Center
Previous Banking ExperienceClass will begin on September 28, 2009 and last for approximately four weeks.
Training hours ar Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm.

7455 Chancellor Dr. location (south Orlando)

Class will begin on November 30, 2009 and last for approximately four weeks.
Training hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm.

Once training is completed the work schedules will be as follows:
Part time 32.5 hours
1pm-8pm  Mon-Fri AND Saturdays are required 10am-5pm.
Days off are Sunday and 1 weekday.

The facility is open 7 days a week and schedules are subject to change and based on business needs.
