Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as an Associate Applications Systems Engineer in College Park, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Oversees BMC Suite/Remedy management and customization.
-
Supports IT enterprise process metrics.
-
Records extensive documentation of development requirements for system components.
-
Develops partnership with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs and specifications.
-
Supports all aspects of Remedy application development.
-
Provides IT Staff Training.
PAY RANGE:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Requires at least 2 years of experience in IT Systems design and has knowledge of IT systems architecture.

Extensive knowledge of building custom Remedy applications.
-
Knowledge of BMC/Remedy installation, set-up and configuration desired.
-
Experience with integrated custom applications to the BMC ITSM suite of products desired.
-
Remedy Upgrade from 6.0 to 7.5 is preferred.
