Job Description

Settlement Company in Roanoke (Westlake) area is seeking the following:

 

Title Curative Associate 

  • Review and grade title issues according to company standards
  • Cure clouds on titles including judgements that need to be paid or released.
  • Notify customers of title issues and status of their title order regardless of grade.
  • Research and correct all recording errors per county request, scheduling re-execution, escalated calls to borrowers and mortgage candidates.
  • Continue to develop monthly improvement plans for department.






     


Job Requirements
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be comfortable with navigating between several computer programs simultaneously.
  • Must be an independent worker that can complete projects with little to no supervision.
  • Must be comfortable on the phone, as this is a major portion of the position(s).
  • Must be deligent and organized.
  • Must be professional in demeanor and attitude, representing the company positively at all times.
  • Must have reliable transportation and must be on time each day!
