Job Description

Senior Subcontract Administrator – Tyson’s Corner – Salary to 115K

Job Description

 
Provide strategy advice, counsel, and recommendations to staff and potential subcontractors on systems and integration procurement issues. Assist with the identification and formulation of teaming strategies with Fortune 500 software and hardware providers and their integration into the firms proposals and project delivery. Support new business development initiatives. Negotiate and administer subcontracts, teaming and non-disclosure agreements. Have solid experience in compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and self-governance requirements.



Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with subcontracts administration
(services, hardware and software) with contractors to the federal
government and civilian agencies

-Experience in a CPSR-approved environment

-Experience with negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements

-Experience with resolving conflicts and providing post-award 
administration support

-Strong Knowledge of the proposal process as it relates to federal
business cycles and the preparation of Requests for Proposals

-Knowledge of IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, and LOE types of subcontracts

-Knowledge of task order, delivery order, and the multiple award processes

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
