We are offering a leadership opportunity as a Rehab Manager f or our state of the art 19 bed Inpatient Physical Rehab program in Duncan, Oklahoma.
As a Director of Rehabilitation with RehabCare, you will:
- Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
- Direct program development, quality improvement, and community
education/marketing activities
- Be responsible for financial management, census development,
unit operations, and client & physician relations

Rehab Director, Director of Rehab, Program Director, Director of Nursing, Therapy Operations
Qualifications for the Rehab Manager position:
- Bachelors degree or higher as a Physical Therapist PT, Occupational Therapist OT, Speech Language Pathologist SLP, Registered Nurse RN, Social Worker MSW from an accredited college or university
- Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial goals & objectives
- Healthcare background required
- Clinical background and/or acute rehab experience preferred
