Description
Bulk Molding Compounds, Incorporated (BMCI) is the global leader in glass reinforced, thermoset molding materials. BMCI's strong organic growth has been based on the methodical replacement of metal materials with application specific, custom composite formulations.
We are expanding our Sales and Marketing team and are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for our U.S. Midwest Region
Position duties will include servicing existing custom molding accounts, developing new sales leads for thermoset applications and working with our Sales, Tech Service and Marketing Team to meet growth objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 5-10 years Sales experience in sales of compounded polymer materials or similar technology
- Experience working with injection, compression, transfer molders in the processing of compound materials
- An established network of contacts at major OEM and tier suppliers a plus
- 50%+ travel
