Description
CTG is in immediate need of a skilled Tivoli Storage Manager specialist to support a large retail customer for the day to day operations of a TSM environment to include tape library management, TSM server/client management, perform restores per customer requirements, monitor nightly backups, monitor problem ticket queue, monitor TSM server health. Administrator would need to work with Windows based TSM systems. Expert at administering TSM functions as well as troubleshooting complex issues where TSM and Windows may be involved. Individual would work prime shift, but be available for change windows and rotating on-call pager/third shift rotation every 6-8 weeks. Note -----This is for 1st shift with pager rotation.

· Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
· Good Teaming skills
· Tivoli Storage Manager Administration (Server/Client)
· Linux (SuSE 10) – VERY Important
· AIX knowledge
· Windows (Primary OS)
· System x/p hardware (Blade/Blade Center)
· Shell Scripting
· Good understanding of networking & VLANs
