Description BPO Finance and Accounting Solutioning Role (intermediate to senior > BPO 4)
  • The candidate should have good domain knowledge of finance and accounting (since its our largest growth area in BPO).
  • The candidate should be client facing, have exposure to US market and be able to architect an FAO solution on BPO deals. Ideally, the candidate should have industry knowledge of one of the verticals and its specialized processes.
    • The candidate should be comfortable in front end client interactions on the entire deal life cycle (presentations, RFP/RFI response, pricing and contracts).
    • The candidate should have exposure to the onsite-offsite BPO model, transition experience and delivery knowledge
