Each resident has unique needs and the staff takes great care to communicate and learn the activities and memories that add comfort to their day. The room selection includes both private and semi-private accommodations.

Sullivan Park's design offers several private spaces for visiting between friends. The staff works hard to promote a strong sense of community and resident involvement.

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )/ Registered Nurse ( RN )
 
POSITION SUMMARY - Licensed Nurse:

We are seeking a Licensed Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants.

-Essential Job Functions-

( RN )Works closely with interdisciplinary team members to provide a safe, positive, and comforting environment for both residents and staff. Supervises performance of assigned staff and directs the daily operations of the unit.
 

 

(LPN)This is a critical front line role that requires great communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Job Requirements

Required Experience:
