Description HR Compensation Analyst
This west Tampa company is seeking an HR Compensation Analyst with a four year degree in HR, Business or Finance with 1-2 years exp.  Must have exp with point-factor evaluation methodology such as Hay point factor.  Must have strong Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, analysis via regression), market matching  benchmark jobs and building a pay line from market data using a regression.  $40-50K  3-4 month assignment
Requirements HR Compensation Analyst with a 4 yr degree and 1-2 yrs exp.
