Job Description

 

As a Branch Manager, you’ll counsel customers on their financial matters, offer advice on deposit products, service customer transactions and refer opportunities for developing business relations. Added responsibilities include ensuring efficient, effective management of retail-banking activities at the financial center.  This ideal role also envelops new business development in the community, as well as involvement with retail and consumer lending, and supervising up to five tellers at this Waupaca County location.  Comprehensive benefits and a genuine dedication to teamwork further underscore this professional opportunity!

 

Job Qualifications

 

Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or the equivalent of at least two years of financial services and supervisory experience; strong leadership and public relation skills. Demonstrated success in business development, supervising tellers, and private banking experience an added plus! Applicant will need to live in or nearby the community in which the financial center is located.
