Budget/Reimbursement Analyst

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports and the calculations of the Reserves for Bad Debt

• Completes random audits of various accounts receivable(s) and payable(s) to review status and identify trends

• Responsible to work with Directors and Senior Management for annual compilation of the organizational budget, as well as monthly comparative reviews

• Compiles and organizes all required information such as statistics, charges and clinical hours of service for completion of the annual UFR

• Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties in the allotted time

• Performs accurate filing of hard copy information

• Provides source documentation for all future and audit requests

• 3-4 years of prior analytical accounting experience required

• Healthcare cost reporting experience preferred

• BS degree in Accounting or Business Administration required

• Prior experience with Great Plains Dynamic software preferred

• Excel spreadsheet experience required
