Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and optimize processes to improve electrical product quality and product consistency to drive improved cost. 

  • Monitor and analyze product characteristics for customer satisfaction, quality improvement and cost reduction. 

  • Conduct trials, observe product/process conditions and analyze results to improve product quality and reduce costs. 

  • Serve as a technical resource for operating and maintenance departments.



Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Material Science. 

  • Three years experience in metals and/or other material processing. 

  • Excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.

  • Strong computer skills. 

  • Willingness and ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment

.
