Requirements
The Clinical Coordinator (RN) Registered Nurse (Patient Care Coordinator) is the nursing supervisor who is responsible managing the total operation of the homecare team and/or inpatient unit, including patient care, quality, staffing and fiscal responsibility. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management of the specified hospice homecare and/or inpatient unit.
1. Currently a Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in the State in which the hospice is operating.
2. One (1) to two (2) years management experience in the health care field.
3. One (1) year in hospice, oncology, long-term cares, or home health/community health preferred.
