PORTAMEDIC is one of the nation's largest and most technologically advanced health information providers with over 145 nationwide branches. Our network of talented professionals conducts physical examinations, testing and personal health interviews, primarily for the life and health insurance industry. We are currently looking for a

Full-Time CSR /  In-House Examiner. 


Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Perform paramedical exams, complete specimen (i.e. blood, urine, etc.) collection / handling, and may complete ECG tracings
  • Place orders
  • Perform Data entry
  • Answer questions
  • Resolve concerns
  • Verify data
  • Perfrom quality review audits 


job Requirements

To qualify for the CSR / In-House Examiner you must have:

  • Current licensure, certification or medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, MedTech, Medical Assistant and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services
  • MUST HAVE one year of current Phlebotomy experience and completed a minimum of 100 draws
  • Position requires excellent communication, organizational and technical skills; the interpersonal talent to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff; as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office and handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • General office sklls required: multi-line telephone, computer, data entry, fax, copier, mail, filing, etc. 
  • Problem solving skills and proven time management
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Prefer a minium of 2 years of customer service experience
