CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES - GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME!
APAC Customer Services, Inc., an award-winning customer service provider, is looking to add some stellar new team members who can assist us from your home. This position involves answering a high volume of inbound customer phone calls in order to provide information, research accounts, respond to inquiries, establish and disconnect service requests and other service related inquiries.
You must be self-motivated and able to focus on providing excellent customer service. There is no telemarketing involved!
The ideal individual has previous call center experience, can type at least 25 words per minute, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and can handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Bilingual in spanish is a plus. Solid payrate with flexible, at home part-time schedules.
