Objective

To assist the SMS sales teams in accurately selling our electronic application solutions such as Wi-Q, BASIS G, NT500, DataLink and ID Express.


Responsibilities

• Assist all facets of sales organization (TAM, SAM, CC)
• High level presentations to give customers overview of product offering
o Technical information sharing to ensure buy in from all aspects of customer organization
• Generation of quotes for electronic product offerings (BASIS, NT500, Wireless, Key Systems, Intercom Systems, etc.)
o For skilled and qualified existing sales staff, as certified by Training department, serve as approver for equipment quoted
• Warranty and Service Contract generation electronic projects quoted
• Follow through with local TAM and customer to ensure closing of contract
• Prepare project hand off documentation for operations staff
o Includes door surveys to include product break downs per location
o Typical installation drawings
o Project documentation forms for close out/as built documentation
• Work with Technical Coordinators to ensure understanding of customer needs for each project
• Keep accurate records of project close out documentation
• Monitor renewal of support agreements and coordinate with local offices
• Support Product Management group in education of field staff on our product offerings
• Work with Product Engineering to identify new solutions and any trouble aspects of current offerings
• Work with Technical Coordinators and General Manager for technician skill assessment and recruiting
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
