Customer Service Representative
ATTP is adding a Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative to support our Parts Phone Room.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a professional, customer service attitude and exhibit a friendly, poised manner while interacting with our customers.
Duties include:
*Answering high-volume incoming lines.
*Determining customer's needs and assuring the call is directed to the
proper individual.
*Directing calls to approx. 10 lines.
*Expediting all calls so that the customer is not left on hold.
*Building customer relations.
*Assisting Phone Room Sales Associates as needed.
*Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or Director.
Candidates must have;
*Multi-line, high volume phone experience.
*Strong Customer Service Skills.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Outgoing personality.
*Superior communication skills.
*Computer skills.
*Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
PREFERRED (Not required);
* Automotive or Truck dealership experience.
*The ability to speak and understand Spanish.
*Cisco phone system exp. a PLUS!!! |
