Description Best Friends Pet Care, is a busy pet care center offering a fast pace, non-smoking environment, and a great career potential to the right individual.

We are seeking outgoing, upbeat, experienced part-time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our busy pet center in White Plains, NY. CSR are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every customer. Responsibilities include: answer phones, data enter reservations and check in/out our pet guests. Must be flexible on holidays and weekends.

Salary is $8.00 - $9.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements Customer Service positions require good computer skills and a great personality. Must love animals and cannot mind getting hands dirty - lots of slobbery pet kisses from our pet guests...and everyone is responsible to mop up an occasional "accident" in the lobby. Must be able to handle all size dogs. Plus everyone steps in to help care for pet guests as needed.
