Brulin & Company, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis, IN manufactures specialty chemical cleaning products sold worldwide.  We are seeking a dynamic, creative individual to join our Marketing team with focus on Graphic Design including print, website and video.

Job Summary

  

·        Responsibilities include the design, creation, maintenance and revisions of marketing material including literature, packaging, presentations, advertising, training tools, etc.

·        Manages content, design and strategy of website in alignment with interactive design principles, usability and online branding issues.

·        Manages and realizes video projects from project definition, script and storyboards to shooting footage, recording voice over and editing footage to outputting digital material.

·        Ensures Brulin brand consistency through management of product information matrices and resource libraries.

·        Manages non-branded product and material development and commercialization.

·        Coordinates tradeshow participation.

·        Participates in strategic planning for products and programs, focusing on graphic design and communication strategies.

·        Performs administrative duties including maintenance of departmental files and execution of ISO processes.

Requirements

 

Required:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications or Advertising

·        Minimum of two years experience in a marketing role of increasing responsibility with a proven record of success.

·        Experienced in graphic design and hands-on project management.

·        Experience with various communication media including print, video, multimedia, and internet.

·        Ability to maintain and design website content in alignment with interactive design principles, usability and online branding.

·        Skilled in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Photoshop), Adobe Premiere, Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred:

·        Experience in a Manufacturing and Sales environment.

·        Experience in photography, film and video.

·        Experience with Flash animation.

·        Experience in working with digital printers and prepress workflow.

·        Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, work independently and as part of a team.

·        Work with minimal supervision, be creative, work under stress, and meet deadlines.

·        Possess a positive attitude and exhibit a commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and continual growth and improvement.

·        Demonstrate ability to manage details.

·        Above average proofreading skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
