The Sales Manager must make weekly sales calls to potential customers along with cold sales calls. This position also requires the ability to analyze and understand the competition's strengths and weaknesses. Following this analysis, the ability to design and coordinate a sales strategy is necessary. Must maintain a presence with in-house guests by welcoming tour groups and greeting guests.

Requirements The Sales Manager must be able to analyze financial statements, and also possess strong written and verbal skills to communicate and negotiate with business partners. A valid driver's license and insurability is also mandatory for this position. Must be familiar with the Ft. Myers area. Previous hotel sales or management experience required.
