Human Resource Manager – BMS-5245

Our client is a retail distribution company looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their team as a Human Resource Manager for one of their flagship locations.

As the Human Resource Manager, you will:

  • Be a STRATEGIC MEMBER of the corporation
  • Champion a safe work environment
  • Create, communicate, and implement HR policies
  • Oversee all areas of HR including performance management, organizational development, communications, compensation, and recruitment for a group of highly talented permanent and temporary employees
  • Execute practices, identify problem areas, and recommend changes
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts
  • Give direction and mentorship to the Human Resource Team
  • Lead and manage projects that have a direct impact on their business and culture

 

Human Resource Manager Qualifications required:

  • Advanced degree from a top-tier graduate school (MBA / MS in HRM preferred)
  • 5 to 10 years experience in Fortune 500 companies that adhere to a high hiring standard and mentors their brightest employees to accept greater challenges
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven HR experience with at least 5 a Manager
  • Prefer both union and non-union experience
  • Must show steady career progression, strong evidence of superior performance
  • Must come from a large facility or multiple facilities with at least 500+ employees
