McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for performing walk-through inspections of vacated apartment units, reviewing resident repair requests, directing workers engaged in maintenance or grounds, maintaining after hours and emergency on-call coverage and service, and maintaining time and production records.

The successful candidate will possess three to five years related experience and/or training, or fifth year college or university program certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Also required is certification/licensure in HVAC or Universal CFC; certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing are also preferred.
