ONSITE STAFF NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – CERTIFIED
Onsite Innovations Inc. is looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant – certified to work about 40 hours per week at our occupational clinic in Burns Harbor, Indiana.
Medical, dental and vision benefits through OnSite Innovations are offered if needed.
We are seeking a flexible, self motivated person with primary care and occupational health experience. Successful candidates require good customer service, communication and basic computer skills. Also, an understanding of OSHA recordability and worker’s compensation principals is necessary.
Description:
Managing the day to day operations of an on-site medical clinic in collaboration with the company physician and occupational health nurses. Duties include evaluation and treatment of all workplace injuries ordering diagnostic testing and facilitating referrals when necessary, routine drug screening and post offer employment physicals.
Other duties include assisting the Safety and Human Resource Departments in employee injury prevention and management, facilitating OSHA and DOT mandated compliance programs and management of workers compensation claims.
