Job Description 


-          Prepare annual and quarterly FAS 109 tax provision calculations and related footnote disclosures for SEC filing

-          Review changes in deferred tax accounts balance

-          Analysis and preparation of reconciliations

-          Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns and extensions, and quarterly estimated tax payments





 

Job Requirements 

Requirements

-          BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.

-          CPA/MST Preferred.

-          4+ yrs experience in taxation
-          Prior Big 4 experience

-          Working knowledge of federal and multi-state tax return preparation, and FAS 109 provision.
