Locum Tenens.....recruiter, bus dev and client management

We are a national staffing firm dedicated to excellence back by a very successful private equity firm with over $20 billion in total capital being managed.

As we continue to grow in all divisions, we are seeking a seasoned healthcare client development manager, recruiter and client service manager to help drive our new Locum Tenens business unit forward.

Reporting to the Director of Staffing Services, you should have 5 ++ years of successful temp staffing experience in the LT space ideally with a national healthcare staffing company.

We have the back office in place along with considerable funding. We need your experience, drive and vision to make this new division successful.

Responsibilities:

• *Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians
• *Ability to sell services and opportunities to potential clients
• *Manage your own recruitment database
• *Pre-screen and evaluate potential clients

Requirements:

• *Highly energetic and goal oriented personality
• *Superior written and verbal communication skills
• *An ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
• *A drive to increase sales through networking and relationship building
• *Basic computer skills
• *Prior experience in inside sales or recruiting preferred
• *Bachelor’s degree preferred
