Adecco, the world’s largest staffing and HR solutions company, is recruiting for Inside Sales Reps/Customer Service to work in York, PA. Pay is $13-14/hour to start.
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for outbound calls to convey product and promotional information to former and existing customers and all potential customers as needed, as well as backup inside sales and customer service in a professional and expedient manner.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Achieves daily outbound call objectives as assigned by Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager
- Achieves sales goals as assigned by Customer Service Manager and Inside Sales Manager
- Develops call patterns to existing customers to secure reorders for consumable products
- Develops call patterns to formers customers to convey promotional and product information and secure reorders for products
- Places orders with authorized distributors on behalf of customers
- Recognizes the need for sales rep intervention and conveys customer information to appropriate sales personnel
- Conveys market intelligence and customer feedback to Manager to develop improved promotions and programs
- Provides phone backup for Customer Service or Insides Sales as needed
- Uses company software to schedule activities, record sales and document customer contacts
- Takes initiative to develop skills by staying current on industry trends, product knowledge and new company developments
- Responsible for reviewing, documenting, logging, maintaining and/or initiating the investigation for potentially serious complaints
