The Senior Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for leading a team to analyze, research and resolve customer issues and should possess knowledge and demonstrate initiative in this area. In addition, the individual will be involved in the use of various reporting / analytical tools, including dashboards and root cause analysis. The individual must possess an understanding of Statutes and Regulations, utility regulatory polices and practices, handle multiple activities, and work effectively under pressure.
The individual must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or the equivalent and a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience. The ability to multi-task, work independently, manage inter-departmental requests for information, and communicate analytical results in a clear and effective manner are required. The individual should also be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
