Colonial is currently expanding in the St. Louis area suburbs and are looking for two District Sales Managers and four Agency Development Managers. We are seeking sales management professionals with agency building experience, recruiting, training and development of career agency sales people.
We are looking for Sales Managers who possess the following qualities:
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- High energy level
- Sales management experience, insurance preferred
- A proven ability to recruit and train new sales representatives in a career agency environment
- Proven financial track record
- Excellent communication skills
