Description The Plains at Parish Homestead is looking for an Executive Director with proven experience in start up, opening and oversee management of day to day operations of a multi-level senior housing residence while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, provide adequate staffing levels and be responsible for the continuity, consistency, and quality of the delivery of services.
Have experience in the oversight of operations of NYS DOH Licensed Adult Home and Dementia Care Program.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum of three years experience at a supervisory level
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
