Brief Job Duties:
• 60% New Business Prospecting (identifying, finding researching, assessing, calling
meeting and ultimately securing opportunities with new businesses)
• 20% Customer Activity (Meeting your customers needs)
• 10% Branch Activity (coordinating with Staffing Director and Staffing Specialist to ensure
the best talent is being provided to customers)
• 10% Miscellaneous (any other functions that do not contribute directly to the customer or
recruiting/staffing process)
Additional info:
• Seeking a motivated, eager, goal oriented individual. The ability to multi-task, stay
on task and take direction and meet goals set by the company.
• Hours: M-F 8-5pm
• Pay: Salary based on qualification + Commission

Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or similar
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills; Specifically Microsoft Suite including Word
Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Typing 55+ WPM
• 3-5 Years of working experience in a professional field.
Desired:
• 1+ years of B2B Sales
• Bilingual (Spanish)
