Health Carousel is a growing national healthcare staffing company that provides travel staffing and international contract staffing services to US healthcare organizations. We are seeking experienced recruiters to help us deliver exceptional service to our professional staff and our client organizations.
Responsibilities:
*Maintaining an active group of working healthcare professionals on contract assignments
*Sourcing and screening candidates primarily through telephone and email communication
*Building strong relationships with candidates and generating referrals
*Maintaining candidate database information
*Matching candidates with current opportunities
*Ensuring JCAHO compliant documentation for all placements
*Resolve client service issues & work in a team oriented work environment
Requirements
Qualifications:
*Healthcare recruiting or related experience
*Enthusiastic, goal oriented, organized, dedicated, focused, and driven individual
*Track record of hard work, sales success and strong business experience
*Professionally persuasive and persistent personality and strong interpersonal communication skills
*Computer literate (Microsoft and CRM) and Internet savvy
