Bi-Lingual Customer Service 

Spherion is seeking a qualified Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative in Olathe, KS. Must have 1 plus year of experience. Responsibilities will be handling inbound calls by responding to questions, concerns and information requests regarding a variety of issues. These calls will be from both internal and external parties, including claimants, insureds, brokers, and claim adjusters.
