PHLEBOTOMIST

Colorado Springs, CO

 

Touching lives with healing and hope - it's the end result of our efforts at Talecris Plasma Resources. We have an entry level opportunity available for a Phlebotomist at our Colorado Springs Plasma Donor Center.

 

You will work under close supervision to learn phlebotomy for plasma collection; determine donor suitability; monitor donors/equipment to ensure health/safety; perform set-up/clean-up duties; calibrate/maintain machines; complete documentation; build a rapport with donors; and maintain familiarity/compliance with state/federal regulations.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification with healthcare experience preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential.
