Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing for over 35 years, is currently seeking an Onsite Manager to work at our onsite at a major hospital facility in Reading. This is a great opportunity for you to work and advance rapidly with a dynamic Company!
You will be assisting in the growth of one of our top branches by working one on one with one of the best hospitals in the area, and thus maintaining our on going staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care. Our Onsite Managers plan, direct, and coordinate activities for specific Hospitals to ensure that recruiting, customer requests, reports, quality assurance and any and all other objectives are accomplished. Please note, this is a much higher level position than your typical onsite role from other verticals. Should be considered on the same level as a Project Manager / Project Director or Senior Account Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2 years of demonstrated account management experience. Excellent communication and written skills and the ability to interface and influence at multiple organization and management levels. Candidates need to have excellent organization skills and good judgment. Ability to prioritize and work under a fast paced and changing environment is a must.
