The knowledge management analyst will be tasked to perform a wide array of functions to support the learning needs of frontline MA Service Operations call center staff (internal and vendor) and support personnel. The knowledge management analyst will also serve as a technical writer and designer in the delivery of self-learning and knowledge management tools.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Develop and institute logistical, instructional, and pedagogical policies for the creation and delivery of training modules and other educational materials.
- Design and supervise production of learning resources in variety of formats including print and multimedia technologies to support curriculum offerings.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and full adult learning classes.
- Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Perform tasks as duly delegated by the Training Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access
- Working knowledge of basic internet technologies, technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Java Application, HTML Coding, Enterprise Applications
- Six Sigma, TQM or ISO knowledge, certification preferred
- 2+ years supervisor or managerial experience in a training and quality environment
- 3+ years experience in business process outsourcing or call center processes
- Experience in implementation of various training disciplines, especially the Kirkpatrick model.
- Trained on Principles of Adult Learning and Basic Facilitation.
- This position will be based out of Pensacola, FL and/or Houston,TX
