WE ARE EXPANDING TO SALISBURY, MD and MILLVILLE, DE soon and are searching for customer service oriented SALES MANAGERS, ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS, and FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES.

 

Job duties will include:

 

* Sales of cellular and satellite systems and accessories

 

* Inventory control

 

* Cash management

 

* Responsible for overall operation of retail store

Pay is based on salary plus generous commissions based on the store's gross profit with a guaranteed wage. Benefit package for these full-time positions include health/dental/life insurance, company-matched 401k, paid Holidays and a generous Paid Time Off policy.

We are interested in applicants who are seeking a career in a fast-growing industry with a stable company. Successful candidates will receive two weeks of paid training. Three days of this training will be held at our Corporate Headquarters in Marion, Indiana, with expenses paid.

Requirements Minimum high school diploma with additional post secondary education desired. Verifiable previous work references required.

Qualified candidates should have 2 – 3 years sales experience and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic, outgoing personality, a positive attitude and basic computer proficiency. Previous cellular experience a plus!
