Insurance Sales Manager

We are looking for an Insurance Sales manager for the state of North Carolina.  Key responsibilities will include recruiting and selection of agents, classroom and field training and management of an independent agent field force.  Excellent motivation and leadership skills are required to grow our business in North Carolina.  If you have a strong desire to succeed and want to build a team of professionals who have a thirst of increasing their income and helping others than contact us immediately.

Requirements:

• Four years experience selling individual insurance products
• 4 years experience as a manager
• Active life and health insurance license
• Know how to contract highly motivated agents, train effectively in classroom and in the field, and ability to establish realistic sales goals and maximize each agent
• Goal oriented and positive attitude
• College degree preferred
