Automotive Service Writer/Mgr (Mgmt Development Program)

Position:

Automotive Service Writer/Service Manager (Management Development Program)

Location:

Ashburn-Dulles Goodyear 44285 Ice Rink Plaza, Ashburn, VA 20147

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional experience for all customers

- Greet customers (walk-in, drive-up, phone), create service orders and supporting documents

- Develop various types of customer situation/needs assessments and solution alternatives

     - All types of Maintenance & Repairs, all types of vehicles

     - Oil changes and other Scheduled Maintenance, Tires, Safety & Emissions Inspections

- Provide customer status updates (waiting, phone), update service orders & documents

- Customer check-out and payment. Finalize work orders and supporting documents.

- Establish and nurture strong on-going relationships with customers

- Excellent working relationships with all team members

Skills & Attributes:

- Consistent positive attitude and energy, works well in a positive, fast moving, team-based, customer focused environment

- Strong desire to consistently learn & grow at a rapid pace

- Strong desire to develop your leadership skills & abilities

- Automotive service experience preferred but not required

- Must be comfortable working with computers - Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word experience preferred

- Good organization skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task

Schedule:

- Flexible. Must be available some evenings and weekends.

Store hours:

- Monday through Friday: 7 am to 8 pm

- Saturday: 7 am to 6 pm

-Sunday: 9 am to 5 pm

Income:

- Starting at $40,000 to $55,000+ based on experience & initial fit assessment.
