Clinical Pharmacist -  Day Only - No Weekends

GLC Associates has an exciting new opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Cleveland metro area. This position is responsible for optimization of drug therapy outcomes through the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of formulary, wellness, and utilization management programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide the supporting clinical documentation for the pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
•  evelop and implement clinical programs that improve the health of MemberHealth participants
• Develop utilization management programs to improve therapeutic outcomes and reduce patient and system costs
• Develop and implement clinically appropriate programs that lower the overall costs of healthcare
• Coordinate the implementation of clinical programs with our retail clinicians
• Participate in multidisciplinary team sales efforts, proposal writing, exhibits and demos as required
